Remarkable city gateway: Pontsteiger, Amsterdam

In close cooperation with the architect, Arons en Gelauff architecten, Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum has developed six vibrant colour glazes applied to stone cladding with a profiled surface finish, measuring 65 x 225 mm.

Studio Bell, Calgary

Allied Works Architecture designed the new headquarters of the National Music Center in Calgary, Canada. This striking building has since been renamed Studio Bell in honour of its chief sponsor. Working closely with the architect, Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum developed two groups of glazes in semi-matt graphite and bronze. You can follow the installation online via NMC building project.

Lotti’s Bar & Grill in The Hoxton Amsterdam

The interior of this new, but now already popular café in Amsterdam was conceived by interior designer Marlies de Boer. She did her best to make the atmosphere of Lotti’s Bar & Grill harmonious with that of the Hoxton Hotel (formerly Rembrandt Hotel) where Lotti’s is located.
